Community Services:
Regular community, screening for Diabetic Retinopathy, to identify patient at risk of SVL and to treatment them at the earliest as indicated by patient status and thus help prevent potential blindness.
Community Education programmes like "Madhumeha Samveda" to educate the public about Diabetes and its various potentially visually devastating seqelone if neglected.
